  • Welcome to my blog!

    I love relationships. I love how we were all created to be supported and surrounded by relationships, I love to see the beauty of different dynamics of relationships, but most of all I love being blessed to capture those moments of pure connection and love that will last a life time.
    Here on my blog I hope to share my art and heart with you. Welcome to my little corner of the world- a place where we can all dream and share beautiful moments, so grab a cup of coffee, relax and lets get to know each other!
    Blessings, Erin

Lynnsey + Will {Engagement Session}

There are few things more spectacular than a Nevada summer sunset at Sand Harbor, unless its a nevada sunset with an amazing fun couple who are completely in love! Lynnsey is one of the sweetest most genuine people I know! She just glows with love for Will and he is crazy about her! He just kept gazing at her all evening long– it was so romantic! We had a great time at Sand Harbor- and actually we got to hear some of “Shakespeare at Lake Tahoe” while we walked around in the warm sunlight~ there was a beautiful sunset and Lynnsey and Will were even brave enough to wade in the lake for some fun shots!!   Thank you Lynnsey and Will for a wonderful time! Can’t wait for your wedding!!!!

Jenae + Matthew {Wedding Photography}

You know that really peaceful quiet love and devotion that couples share in fleeting moments of their busy lives? You know, the little glances from across the room, the little half smiles as they talk quietly in the coffee shops… well, Jenae and Matthew have that kind of love plus a whole lot more.  I loved getting to know these two as the wedding was planned and engagement sessions were done etc etc….in all of the busyness and craziness of “planning and doing” I would always catch them in those little fleeting moments of quiet love towards one another.  Their wedding was in a beautiful intimate backyard setting, with friends and family to share in their joy with.  I was honored to be able to take part in their day.  Jenae and Matthew, here is just a little snip from your day- enjoy and more to come in your gallery soon!

McAdoos {Fine Food Art}

My sister is the most amazing and talented chef I know….seriously.  When I was visiting Elko a couple weeks ago for some photography sessions she invited me over to take some food shots for her portfolio, I happily obliged….she can have me over anytime to take pictures of her amazing cooking.  I wish I could capture the sweet delicious smells that went along with all of it, but the images will just have to do for now….I’m kinda hungry now…:)

I can attest to the fact that the food was as delicious as it looks! Yum! Yay McAdoos! Thanks for making us a fancy dinner. I could sure eat some chocolate ganache right about now. :)

Amy + Jarod {Engagement Session}

I had a wonderful time with Amy and Jarod up at Tahoe Meadows and Kings Beach a couple weeks ago. They were amazing and we had a great time together! In a series of crazy chance meetings Amy and I actually realized that we had gone to college together, and even were in band together! Fast forward 5 years and now I have the privilege of photographing their wedding in just a few months! Its a small world! Jarod and Amy are an amazing couple and truly caring for one another- I loved how Jarod was always right there for Amy while we tromped around the meadows, and how Amy was constantly looking at Jarrod with so much love in her eyes. Thanks guys for the wonderful afternoon, enjoy your images and your gallery will be up soon!
